Hi I had my computer worked on in such a way as the person had to take everything off and put it back on. However, my ITunes icon and link to choosing and downloading music was removed and I can't seem to find the way to connect and download the program again and connect my IPod 7. Also need info about radio stations too. Thanks! :)

Issue identified : Customer could not donwload music to ipod

Solution Implemented : Called the customer /remotely accessed computer/ downloaded itunes and synced ipod to itunes. Customer now able to browse music in itunes and purchase
