Dear Barbara, It was a pleasure helping you with your <HP> issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : Blank Print out
Solution Implemented : 

Call customer / Verified that the printer is responding to print - But prints blank - Printhead is Clogged

Tried performing Cleaning Multiple times using the printer's Settings > Maintenance controls

Black came back but other color is still not that clear. Yellow is out of ink.

Advised customer that the problem is with the printhead.

Printhead model cannot be removed easily and needs to tear the printer down.

Advised customer of Either Having the printer checked by Local tech for cleaning or she can purchase a printhead cleaning kit.

Printhead is clogged and the inks are not passing though successfully.
