Have a 2002 Altama new fuel pump still not starting is getting fire what should I try next.

But do the engine cranks when you try to start it?

Thank you for that information. There is a possibility you have an issue with your coil packs. While you have the plugs out check that you have spark on all the plugs. If there is no spark try to replace the spark plugs. If still the same no sparks after replacing the spark plugs and still the same won't start you need to replace your coil packs. Hope this information helps. I will be standing by.

There is none. Have you tried to remove the fuel hose and put the ignition to start postion without starting it, check if there is a fuel will come out of the fuel line just to make sure the fuel pump is working. If there is then you have to check the coil packs.
