I have a Epson XP 320 printer and it prints out a document blank. The inks are all full so not sure why it wont print ...it scans alright

It requires you to perform a printhead cleaning whenever you replace ink cartridges. Please follow the steps below. 

  1. Make sure no product lights are indicating errors.
  2. Load a few sheets of plain paper in the product.
  3. Press the  home button, if necessary.
  4. Press the arrow buttons to select Setup and press the OK button.
  5. Press the arrow buttons to select Maintenance and press the OK button. You see this screen:

  6. Press the arrow buttons to select Head Cleaning and press the OK button. The  power light flashes throughout the cleaning cycle and stays on when the cleaning cycle is finished.
    You see this screen:

    Caution:
    Never turn off the product during a cleaning cycle or you may damage it.
  7. Select Nozzle Check and press the OK button to run a nozzle check to confirm that the print head is clean.
If you don’t see any improvement after cleaning the print head up to 4 times

Try to print a document after cleaning the printhead. If you dont see good results then perform the procedure again. The standard number of cleaning the printhead is 4 times. You should see good results after cleaning the printhead 4 times.

okay the doc l printed was in colour...it printed with some marks on the page..but not all letters clearly...l then tried to print it in black and white and nothing came through ...question is toner different from ink ..as it says the toner is low

The Epson XP 320 doesnt have toner. It uses ink cartridges.

Hi Elixir, sorry its still not working ...l printed a black and white doc and nothing came through ..it is making the sounds of printing but it is blank

Did you replaced the black ink already? if not, then have it replaced and test the issue again.

Okay replaced black ink and printed a black and white doc but only bold parts came out and they were really light
