Hi Oquinn,

Thank you for waiting!

Have you tried Holding the HOME button and the POWER button together and let go once you see the Apple Logo?

Is there any time that you will have a computer? Windows 7.8 or 10 or a mac?

I do not own a computer and believe me I will never trust an update again. I live 2 hours from an Apple Store.

If you don't have a computer, Then the only option for you is an Apple Store or Any phone repair center.

Your phone needs to be connected to a computer that has iTunes.

iTunes on computer will then see your phone that has a defective software and it will offer a Restore or update.

That will reset the phone back to factory image.

If you bring it to an apple store they will be doing the same.

Im sorry to say but this is the only way the phone will boot up again.

I hope this clears and helps on your situation.
