While in safari many times the screen will go blank and revert to the opening or main screen, what should I do?

Please follow the steps below and check if this will fix the issue.

  • Go to settings
  • Select Safari
  • Clear Cache, History and Cookies
  • Try to browse again and check if it is working.

Hi,

That fix did not solve the problem, any other suggestions? Can I do any more on the host computer thru I -tunes?
