I purchases turbo tax from sam's club and installed the disk on my computer and after entering all of my tax info I can not connect to intuit. The message is "looking for sfloop.intuit.com". Then says "could not connect to the update site error 42002 unable to connect to the remote serverer". I have been on the phone for 3 hours talking to support. They asked me to install a new browser and the wait until early morning to try again. I have been trying since 3:15 this morning. I am in trouble here. Can anyone help me?
