Please follow the steps below.

  1. Plug your magicJack into any Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, or
    Intel based Mac
  2. Plug any phone into your magicJack
  3. Register your magicJack by following the steps below:

Wait for the screen below to appear (MAC users need to click Start
MagicJack). Once the screen appears, please click to register.

Select an option and click Next. If you select “I purchased this
magicJack from the magicJack web site or 800 number” or I
received this magicJack as a gift”

"I have not been able to get the MJ up and running. Today I called the Geek Squad, they are unable to e here befor Monday. If you had my cell # could you talk me through. I seem to have every pluged in properly? Thank you for all your time. Roxanne"

The flashing yellow indicates data flow on the network.

Can you please power cycle the router and/or the modem by turning it off for a minute or 2 and turn it back on check if the MJ will work.

I did unplug from the router to no avail. Thanks for explaining the yellow blinking light. I Just am unable to get the pictureof the MJ to come up so I can register. If I could get the picture I would in good shape.

Rofel, This is a new Magicjackplus, to bypass the computer to the DSL and phone line. The screen to let me register has NEVER come up. The three plug-ins are simple and looks as if registration could be done by a four year old. We have been using the other Magicjack, but it has not been really as good as we thought,so we are trying to by pass the computer. We do know the old Magicjack does not work that way. I truly would not recomend this to any of my friiends.
