Games turning off

I turn a game on, and then it starts to load, then it just shuts down, it is happening with a number of games that we play on the Ipad

Hi,

Allow me to address your concern and have you try a different resolution. It's my pleasure to assist you.

Synching the iPad device to iTunes may help fix the problem Before setting up syncing you should download and install the latest version of iTunes on your computer.

To synch your device to iTunes:

  1. Open iTunes.
  2. Connect the iOS device to your computer using the included USB cable and select it in iTunes under Devices on the left-hand side. Some tabs may not appear if you do not have corresponding content in your library. For example if you do not have any podcasts in your library, the corresponding Podcast tab will not appear.
  3. Click Apply, in the lower-right corner of the screen, to sync.

Jailbroken mean that you have Cydia on your ipad and you can install apps from it. Just in case, please press home and power buttons at the same time and hold them for 15 seconds (until the screen flashes and apple logo appear again on the screen) than you can release the buttons. You ipad will reset and will boot fresh. After that see if the problem is still present.

Sorry it has taken so long, but unfortunately the problem is still occuring, it seemed to fix it for a few days, but it has happened again today............
