Hi Again,
The issue can be caused due to the following:
Disc Region not supported: Samsung Blu-ray players sold in the US support Region 1 for DVD, and Region A for BD. Check the DVD/BD disc cover for Region number.
If the codes do not match, the disc will not play. The Region Number for this product is displayed on the rear panel of the product. Please refer below.
Blu-ray Disc
Region A: North America, Central America, South America, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and South East Asia.
Region B: Europe, Greenland, French territories, Middle East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
Region C: India, China, Russia, Central and South Asia.
DVD-VIDEO
Region 1: The U.S., U.S. territories and Canada
Region 2: Europe, Japan, the Middle East, Egypt, South Africa, Greenland
Region 3: Taiwan, Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong
Region 4: Mexico, South America, Central America, Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Caribbean
Region 5: Russia, Eastern Europe, India, most of Africa, North Korea, Mongolia
Region 6: China
Scratched or damaged disc: Try to use another disk and see if all blu-ray disc are affected or just a single title.
Blu-ray Firmware is not up to date: Installing the latest firmware update will enable your player to play the latest titles.
Let me know if the steps helped you resolve the issue. If it hasn't, we will continue troubleshooting to isolate the problem and resolve it.
Thanks
