So I can't access my xbox live account let me explain. My xbox live account email is my mothers email not my own, and now I can't sign in because it says (it being a message that pops up on my screen when I try to sign in) "add security sign in with your email and password?" problem I don't know her password when I press when I press ok it gives me an error "Sorry, something's wrong with your Microsoft account. Go to http://account.live.com for help Code: 8015D003
now you might be thinking why don't you make a new account well I just don't want to I have like 30,000 Gamerscore and a ton of games I bought online and I don't want to lose them soooooo how can I change her email over to mine (my mom passed away in may so I can't just ask her for the password (and by the way no I'm not trying to hack someone)) AND if I phone Microsoft will they actually help me or will they just assume that I'm trying to hack someone's account?

Thanks for waiting. There's a way to retrieve your account and change the email address associated with your Xbox Live Account.

You need to call Xbox Live Support and if you can verify some information about your GamerTag/XBL account they can help you to change the old email address to your email address and reset your password. Don't worry Microsoft will not assume that you are trying to hack someone's account.
