lock out of my apple id on my ipad2

i have more then one appli id account.one has been lock out

you change the pass word for the wrong apple id account. the account id richpressley8603@gmail.com . this Apple ID has been locked for security reasons.

Allow me to address your concern regarding your Apple ID being locked out. It's my pleasure to assist you.

Did you setup security questions for your Apple ID to reset your password?

When creating a new Apple ID for use with the iTunes Store or Mac App Store, you will be asked to provide an optional rescue email address. If you have an existing Apple ID that you use with the iTunes Store or Mac App Store, you may be asked to provide some additional security information, including a rescue email address. When you provide a rescue email address, all future security emails, such as password resets from iForgot, will be sent to the address provided. The rescue email address you provide cannot be the same as your primary email address for your Apple ID. In most cases, your primary email address is the same as your Apple ID username.

When you provide a rescue email address during Apple ID creation, you will receive an email from Apple to verify that the email address provided is accurate. If you don't see an email from Apple asking you to verify your rescue email address, you may want to check your SPAM folder. If you still haven't received the email from Apple, you can sign in to the Apple ID website to resend your rescue email address. To resend your verification email, click on Password & Security. Then, click the Resend link located in the Rescue Email Address section.

Hi,

If your account was partially disabled for security reasons, use iForgot (http://iforgot.apple.com/) to reset your account. This will restore your access to the disabled services. You can also click the “Reset Password” or “Forgot Password?

Nooooooooooooo.I know how to reset my p/w.thats not the problem.you are working on the wrong ID.

Sorry for the late response. The work around for a locked account is to reset the password.

The richpressley8603@gmail.com is this the apple id that has been locked out?

Yes, when i try to reset p/w .there reply is we will email you but the problem is i never get a email.

If you are not able to reset the password and you haven't receive the email the best thing to do is to call them using the number below so that apple can reset it for you.
