You will find the information on the box that cam with your tablet. Some tablets have sticker at the back. Is that a samsung tablet?

May i know where you purchased the tablet? You should have the box with you if it is a brand new tablet and there should be at least sticker at the back of the tablet.

If the OS of the tablet is android, then please follow the reset procedure below.

1. turn off the tablet and wait for 5 secs. Press and hold down power button and volume up button at the same time and this should take you to the recovery screen. Select wipe factory data reset to restore the tablet to factory default.

Just hold down the power button for 20 secs to turn it off.

That's ok. Can you access the home screen of the tablet? Did you see icon there that looks like this ? Its a settings icon.

Press settings then the language selection should be the 4 option. Select option 4 and look for English language. See picture below

I thought were good? We already set the language of the tablet to English, right? That is the problem you posted and i believe i was able to help you on how to set the tablet to English language.

Please provide me more information about the problem. I thought that the language problem is already resolved? You mentioned on our conversation on top that 'things are now in english'.

Could you please explain further what's going on? Any particular menu, screens where you are not seeing English language?
