THe screen has the time and date logo of samsung myname switch user bar and alock at the bottom of the page

When screen with a padlock appears, touch the lock at the bottom of the screen and drag it to the top while your finger maintains contact.
Touch each letter of the configured Touch Logon password
in sequence.
Note: If there is no configured Windows account password, it is immediately Unlocked without requiring the password.
Did set a password on your login screen?
This is normal if you are not using the tablet or if you set it on idle.

New problem today the computer is asking me to put in a password. i did not creat one to the best of my knowledge and I have been using a pin number that it is not accepting. Now I am locked out again. help.

Thanks for your response. If the issue is the password of the OS the only way to fix it is to reinstall or reimage the Operating system. For the tablet that you have you need to bring it to the nearest repair center to fix this for you.
