Hi,

Thanks for your question. My name is Rofel and I will assist you with your concern.

I would like to know if you can still access the menu screen of your phone because the last step that you can do is to restore the phone to factory state.

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately the only way to restore the phone to factory is to access the menu screen.

In your case if you can't access the menu the only possible way to have this fixed is to bring it to a LG repair center. If you still have a warranty on this phone the fix will free of charge. However if it is out of warranty charges may apply for the repair.

If you have questions please let me know. Thanks

I'm sure it's out of warranty.
Easier to get a new phone.
I don't have an "emotional attachment" to it!
Thanks.

Hi,

If it is out of warranty most likely you will be paying for the repair.
