Thanks for your response. Unfortunately the only way to restore the phone to factory is to access the menu screen.

In your case if you can't access the menu the only possible way to have this fixed is to bring it to a LG repair center. If you still have a warranty on this phone the fix will free of charge. However if it is out of warranty charges may apply for the repair.
