On the Network Settings Screen can you see the name of your wireless network? Can you please select your network and check if it will ask you for a password?

when the tv is searching for networks the network names should appear and then you select the network you want to join - when the net work names appear they only appear for a second and then they go away

Thanks for your response and sorry for the late response. May I know if there are changes made on your TV before you experience this issue? (Firmware update, etc.)
Can you please reboot your router by turning it off for 10-15 seconds, then turn it back on to refresh the connection? Once the connection is up and running please check your TV if you still have the same issue.

No changes were made on the TV and the reboot did not help
