Hi,

Thanks for waiting. Can you please turn off the phone and remove the battery for 10-15 seconds to drain the power? Put back the battery and turn on your phone. Check if the issue is fixed.

Thanks for your response. Please follow the steps below.

  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap More.
  • Tap Application manager.
  • Swipe the screen to the left until you find All. Look for your Gallery App
  • Tap Enable Button to enable the Gallery App.
