Thanks for the information and sorry for the delay. The black shadow on screen is usually caused by a bad LCD panel. The panel needs to be replaced to fix the issue. May I know how old is your TV and do you have experience on opening and replacing parts of a TV?

The panel is expensive and it will depends on the model of your TV. You can call the number of the repair center so they can provide you a rough estimate of the cost of the repair.
