Hi,

Thank you for your response. What do you mean your lockout? You can't open the applications or you can't access your because of passcode or the iPad is not responding? I'll be waiting for your response.

By lockout I mean that after about 30 seconds the unit will cease to function and I must start over again on another function. Eg if I am on weather, it ceases to work and I change to E-mail to unlock.

What is you current iOS version? To check this Tap on settings> General > Then tap on Software update. This will check if you have the latest software. I'll be standing by for your response.

Thank you for your response. Can yo power off the unit. Press and hold the power button till you see the "Slide to power off" then slide it to power off the unit. Then wait for 30 seconds then press and hold the power button until you see the apple logo the release the power button. Once the iPad is up and running try to open application again check if you will encounter same issue. I'll be waiting for your response.
