Installed Samsung Kies on the computer
Tried to copy the photos from the phone to the computer
Kies is stuck on copying the photos
Reboot the phone and remove the battery to drain the power
Still can't copy the photos
Explained to the customer the cause of the issue
Advised to contact Samsung Support to recover the photos and to fix this issue.
