  • Called the customer
  • Advised to reboot the router
  • Assisted the customer to setup the connection between the TV and router
  • Customer received an error that the TV is connected but no internet
  • Advised customer to contact the Internet Service provider to run a test on his connection and replace the router
  • Advised customer to contact us to give us an update
