Description: I have a Samsung UN32F5500, purchased August 26, 2013. I have comcast cable tv coming through a dmi cable. For the past few weeks, when I first power on the cable box and TV, I have no sound. If I unplug the dmi cable and replug it, everything works fine until I power it off. But next time I power it on, no sound until I unplug and replug the dmi cable.

I have tried:
swapping the cable to DMI2 - same problem
swapping to a new dmi cable - same problem
I swapped the cable box for a new one - same problem!
Reset the Sound in the TV menu to factory defaults - same problem.

Comcast says since the problem is the same between two cable boxes the problem is likely in the tv!

Is this a tv problem?
