I am trying to call you but looks like the number that you provided is incorrect.
Have you checked the physical connections of the printer going to the computer. Are you using USB connection?

PHONE/REMOTE SUPPORT:
-accessed cx computer
-advised cx to reset the printer. no go
-advised cx to change usb port. no go
-advised to reinstall original disk that came with the printer
-cx needs to go and he left me working on his computer
-can access the computer anymore since there is something there on cx computer to click for me to proceed
-cx left the house already

I wasnt able to install the disk since its asking for your permission to proceed. Please have the original disk installed first and see if that will fix the problem.
