Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. My name is Mario and I am here to help you resolve your issues. Can you get into the operating system? The error you are encountering means that the hard drive has failed. You need to replace it by yourself or by a technician.

I will be waiting for your response.

Thank you,
Mario V.

Dear customer,

Thank you for writing back, I am sorry for the delay. I could give you the instructions to replace your hard drive. However, if you are new to this area I suggest you contact a technician or someone you know who has knowledge about the computer hardware. Replacing a hard drive could damage your new hard drive or motherboard if done improperly.

You also asked where you can get a hard drive. Could you write me the exact model of your laptop?

I just want to check one more thing before we could be sure that the hard drive has failed. Please restart/turn off your computer and turn it on. When the screen turns on, start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard continuously, until get the menu like this one:

Choose the option Safe Mode and press Enter. If you can get into the safe mode there may not be a problem with the hard drive.

Thank you,
Mario V.
