I E-filed my 2014 taxes with Turbo Tax early, but I did not receive a notification of acceptance. I could not get any response from them. Can you help?

Here's what I have tried so far:
I attempted to reach the IRS and Turbo Tax, nobody home I think I may have used the wrong E-mail address, as I did with this request for help. I did finally find a response on my computer saying that I had $1629.00 refund (fed)

I have in my K1 box 17 other information, code V, description "Medical insurance premiums for more than 2% shareholders, Amount 12,619. my accountant tells me to show on line 29 of 1040 under self employed health insurance deduction. but turbo tax is not showing anything on that line???

I'm ready to file, but doing Smart Check I get: 'Form 1099-MISC Worksheet (TD AMERITRADE CLEARING INC): A link to Schedule C or Schedule E must be entered. To associate this amount with the proper tax form, go to the "Federal Taxes" tab and select the "Income" category. Then select "Business" or "Other Income" to create or choose which business you want to report the income from this Form 1099-MISC on' which is not possible because what is said is not there. How do I fix this so I can file electronically using TurboTax?

Social Security is stating that I had earnings of 52561 which I under reported for 2014 tax year. Please help me because I entered all my W-2's and earnings as indicated by turbo tax. They want to take my social security.
