Expert Biography
I am an IT expert with 10 years’ work and school experience in the field. I was awarded the Magna Cum Lauda honors award with my Associate’s in Network administration, have a concentration in computer programming and am currently on track to finish my bachelor’s through an apprenticeship program with Infosys, while working at Intel. I have certifications as a PC Pro technician and a Network Pro technician through Testout. I have earned my Comptia A+ certification and am currently nearing my exam date for the Comptia Network + certification. I look to continue to certify through other certification paths including Comptia’s Security+ SY0 -501, EC Council Certified Ethical Hacker, CCNA 100 – 105 and 200 - 105, Microsoft’s 70-698 and 70-697 and several Microsoft Server certifications including Identity, Networking and Install and Storage. I have over 5 years’ experience as a Field Service technician and as an Online IT Support Generalist and am ready to help you resolve your technical concerns.
