Expert Biography
Over thirty-four years' experience as a CPA in public practice; five years as CEO of a $25 million / yr public operating foundation [501(c)(3)] employing over 200; contract controller and CFO of two small public companies; contract CFO of a privately-held group, and tax consultant for several large publicly-held companies including Security Benefit Life, Wal-Mart, Cardinal Health and Kansas City Southern. Admitted as expert witness in tax and accounting matters before the United States Court of Claims, United States Tax Court, and various federal and state district courts.
