I have over 8 years work experience in the field of L1 and L2 level technical support. Most of the times I have to handle customers from both UK and US solving their technical issues in Networks,Desktops,MAC,Laptop issues,smart phone issues such as Nokia,HTC,Blackberry via phone or else taking remotely . My technical expertise covers, but is not limited to Networking ( CCNA certified),Microsoft ( MCITP certified),VMware Virtulization,Citrix etc.
