I've been a Macintosh fan since 1995, when I started working for Xerox at a large client's location. Gradually, I started doing troubleshooting for others in the office and I realized I had a knack for solving computer problems. Soon, I became the "go-to-guy" in the office whenever there was a problem that needed attention. I currently reside in Canada with my wife and 2 strange cats.
