Hi! My name is Jazmin Ramirez. I have been owning iDevices since 4 years ago from ipod classic - nano - touch - iphones - ipads. I have encountered countless problems with my iDevices ever since my first iDevice but I have also gained more experience on how to handle each problem, how to sort things out and how to do it right and not just doing it out of just trying and hoping it to work. Although I have experienced much I am not a God that has all the answers. I am but a helping hand hoping to advise others who have had the problems I had and be able to help one another into solving problems that I have not encountered but have the knowledge to do so.
