I'm paying for creative cloud but do not have a current version of Photoshop nor lightroom. I do I get these versions. Question 2 - I want to switch my service from a comprehensive adobe prog. to only Photoshop and Lightroom. How do I do this?

Do you have an active membership to the Adobe website? where your registration and serial number information is listed granting you permission and access to install and download all versions of the adobe catalog. When you have some spare time, maybe we can connect remotely and allow technician to automate the install process. All the best, Walter.

I just sent over an email. Inside the email there is a link called Teamviewer. If it's any easier I provided the same link here: Teamviewer Download

Very carefully follow this link and see where it goes. Simply accept all the terms and choose Basic / Personal install. Once installed you will see ID number and password for teamviewer. Provide this information to me, and I will call you immediately.

Spoke with cx earlier this afternoon.
Cx is open to more support.
Advised Thursday is a better schedule.
Assisted via teamviewer.
Removed all versions of old cs5 from control panel.
Upgraded Lightroom application and all cloud apps.
Cx has concerns that Photoshop does not support raw picture file editing and importing. Cx would like adobe to re-develop their features.
