I have an I Mac. I discovered this morning that I have a blocked Plug-in. Someone from your group helped me with this about 4 months ago. It recurred, I suspect it might have something to do with making the mistake of downloading Adobe Reader. If I need to sign up for support service (I did before) I am willing to do that.
