The program I was trying to download was Nuance's Dragon 13.0 premium. The order number was ***-***-**** 2 on 12/20/14.
The computer is Windows.
I tried to download it following the instructions from 12/20/14 and got the message that iti had been too long.

If you are getting that message it means the company you paid for the download from puts a limit to how long you have to download and install the program. Did you buy the program from Nuance?
