I am locked out of facebook. Several years ago when I made my profile, I used my business name, "Ideuma Creek Alpacas". A month or so ago I also created a business page, "IC Alpacas" where "Ideuma Creek Alpacas" was the manager.
For two days now when I go to log into facebook, I get a message that says my profile page is acting like a business and that I need to convert my personal profile to a business page. When I try to go through this whole process I end up with a screen that says "Convert this personal profile" and asks for a password. When I type in my password, the message says, "There was an error creating your page". If I type in my password again, the message says, "incorrect password" I know it is the correct password. At this point there is nothing I can do - nowhere to click to go any further.
In short what I'd really like to do is simply change the name on my personal profile to my real name, "Denise Jacobus" and not "Ideuma Creek Alpacas" I'm also concerned about my business page that I can only manage through my personal profile "Ideuma Creek Alpacas" I want to be sure that after switching my personal profile that I can still manage this page.

I have tried looking for help in the facebook help section.
I have tried downloading the newest version of internet explorer.
I have tried opening up facebook with Mazilla Firefox.
I have changed my password.
