I have been "locked out" or "blocked out" of FB for several days. I'm unable to get a password accepted. I've done dozens of re-sets but it will indicate that the PW is incorrect or that the email or phone number used to do the re-set isn't the original one used in the account.

Here's what I have tried so far:
I submitted an email inquiry earlier (#45839).

Phone Support:

  • Called the customer
  • Remotely accessed the computer
  • Tried to reset the password of the old Facebook account
  • Successfully create a new password but customer cant sign in. Facebook is asking to enter the original Email/Phone number
  • Assisted the customer to recover the password of the other account, upload photos and add her friends
