You sent me a replacement Fire TV 2 weeks ago, but so far it only flashes an orange light. Also I was told that I would be sent instructions for returning the old box and I haven't received that yet.

Here's what I have tried so far:
I have unplugged the HDMI port, the ethernet plug, and the power cord.
