Are you trying to remove a single or multiple Review or Are you trying to remove the review Feature on your page?

Customer has unblock the person that did the Review.

He will need to wait for 48 hours to REdo the block.

If removing the Map and the Reviewer did not fix the problem,

You will need to have the Reviews Reported to Facebook.

Hi John, Any update about the review?

1. Go to the review and click in the top right
2. Click I don't like this review
3. Follow the on-screen instructions

Normally it would take Facebook few weeks or months to have that addressed. You will eventually have notifications about the report you've made.

Still, the best way to address reviews like this is to reply to the review appropriately and know what the customer's concern is and Adjust from it.
