I inserted a navigation DVD (supposedly after market upgrade) but the navigation says there is a program error. I can't get the DVD to eject so I can put back the original. 2009 Lexus ES 350

Hi Dick,

On the message screen, press on top left then top right top left top right and it will eject the disc.

Let me knwo if that worked.

That's the issue, the menu won't respond because the navigation keeps trying to load the DVD, then puts up an error message in English and Japanese saying there is a program error. Then it tries to load the DVD once again.

I'll give it another try by touching the screen.

Alright.. Try to reset your system by unpkuggin the positive terminal of your battery for few seconds and plug it back in.

Okay your first suggestion worked, the touch screen showed no eject icon but by touching it, it did eject the DVD. I put in the original and all is working. I should have thought the power connection would reset as well. Thanks again.
