hi there i have also repaced the air and fuel filter
how about 4pm pacifc
Hello Richard... how are you doing? This is common on turbo powered engines and has happened to me not a long time ago. The cure was, replacing my fuel injector and recalibrating the fuel injection pump. Have you thought about this Richard? It surely resolved my problem blowing black smoke underload. I'll be standing by for your response. Thank you
no i have no idea where to start
I can understand that... during loads we tend to accelerate more which can cause a great stress to the engine. If the fuel injection pump and injectors are not working properly they tend to feed the engine with too much fuel that turns into waste that's why it emmits black smoke. I suggest that you have the fuel injection pump calibrated by a diesel mechanic and replace the injector as well because I believe that the holes are worn out and spraying too much fuel.
You have replaced the necessary parts including the waste gate and other sensors and this is the only thing that will resolve the issue. Is there anything else I can add or help you with Richard.
no do you have a gussement on the cost
Let me check something.. please hang a bit
Fuel Injection pump will cost $ 580
Injectors will cost $ 240
Replacing this parts will surely resolve the problem because they do fail and get worn out over time Richard. Is there anything else I can add or help you with?
no thank you
