Hi! Does the headlight and dash ligh are working?
Yes, the only problem was the overhead lights, and I noticed it immediately
after the headliner was replaced. Thanks.
I see. When the headliner is replace, does the wire connected properly? And have you check the bulb if its still in good shape? And the switch on the headliner make sure it iis switch to on or door mode to make it work. If all of this are check the next step you need to see is the fuse under the dash and check if its busted. Tell me if this helps. I will be standing by for your response.
Any updates? Please advise me what happen? Standing by for your response.
My mechanic checked everything that he could see. If I am remembering correctly, the overhead front seat console lights never worked
in "door mode." I would manually turn them on and off with a push switch. All that stopped when the headliner was replaced. The ovehead lights in the back seat and cargo area are also dead. They don't work in any mode.
I see. Have you check the knob on your steering wheel? There is a a small switch there that you can adjust to make it work. Please click on the video link below to see how it works.

Thanks for the video, but I believe that is applicable to newer Jeep models. My Grand Wagoneer is 26 years old and does not
have that feature.
I see. The problem causing this issue is listed below.
Provided below is the video on how to troubleshoot electrical issue. This is a 89 Jeep but the 91 are almost the same. Please advise me if the video provided below help.
