There is no USB port at the back I plugged it in to the other USB port but got the same response

Solution Implemented : Live chat. Remote established. Customer using a windows vista. Advise customer the phone is not compatible. Try to run an update for the computer and still running. Advise customer to buy a sd card reader for alternative to download it on his computer. Customer appreciate our assistance.
