Am been trying to put my order for two days, but it's been unsuccessful, because when I press to my address appear a page of list of books that I want to buy with my address, and it's say too some of the books not available at the moments only used, I choose them to buy as well, then I confirm my address in Australia where should be delivered, and then I press the button to "continue" but did'n happen, then appear once again the same page. Could you help me please?

Dear Julia, It was a pleasure helping you with your Amazon issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution. 


Issue identified: Customer needed help with ordering paper back books from Amazon.  Some book would not ship to AU.


Solution Implemented: I called and remotely accessed computer.  I helped customer via remote access order book that would ship to AU that were in used condition rahter than being brand new.  I advised customer usually the book are in the same condition rather than paying for the new ones.
