Is the catalog panel missing or the imags in the catalog?

OK. Right-clicked on Folders to get the menu. Then select Catalog, and the panel shpuld appear.Let me know if it works
Where is the FOLDERS button that I should click?
If folder panel is not available Right-click on another panel name and select the Basic Panel to show.
But where do I start...what am I right clicking on?

I don'tunderstand. When I right click on the screen, I don't get any such option. I would much rather not give computer access. We must be using differnet terminologoies.
I can see the catalogue panel when I am in the develop view but NOT when i am in the library view.
