Does the M60 smart tv have some sort of fuse? Between the ac connector and its connection to the card?

I looked up the model and there is no fuse between the connector and its connection to the card

Issue identified : Tv would not power up

Solution Implemented : Called the customer.  I found a place to customer home to fix the burnt piece of board on the back of the tv
