my husband entered a pass word on his ipad and can"t remember what it was. Now his ipad is locked up. What can we do

Dear Dorothy, It was a pleasure helping you with your iPad/ Apple issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : Cannot remember iPad Passcode
Solution Implemented : 

  • Call customer / Remote Access
  • Reset the ipad using itunes from computer
  • set up the ipad
  • Issue resolved
