I have a wally in one room that has woked exceuggedfor when it came unplugged i would plug it in and it worked fine - the other roomd with the wallys are fie

OK. Try the steps below 

Press the Guide button on your remote and check the current list. If it is not "All Subscribed," press the Options button and select "All Subscribed."

If it's still the same 

Unplug the power cord of your Wally from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.

The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.

Alright.  It looks like there' something wrong with the programming receiver box . You'll need to call this number 800-333-3474  and have them check the receiver box

There's a chance that they need to reprogram the receiver or replace the receiver box.

it was fine b4 it was uplugged  --it is a Sanya tried using as sanyo from another bdroom worked fine bought new cords still same problem

Try calling the number I gave you 18003333474 there's a changce that the receiver needs to replaced or reprogrammed.

Yes  to check the receiver since the you're getting the signal but the programming is  wrong and wont respond to changes using the remote. resetting the wally device should have fix the problem
