Dear Sharon, It was a pleasure helping you with your <Apple> issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : Forgot Her computer icloud password
Solution Implemented : 

" While closing the Question found out that the Question has been cancelled. Customer was willing to start another Question.

Call customer Assisted in resetting her apple Id / Icloud Id password through www.iforgot.apple.com

Password Changed

Computer is now logged in and Working

Issue resolved
