Hello, Ramy. I am Judith Lacasa. I will appreciate any help you can give me. (Yes, I discovered the price and have paid.)

I registered for Facebook. I received an e-mail with "Confirm Your Account" and a confirmation code. When I clicked on the confirmation, I got - and still get - a page that says, "Sorry, something went wrong. We are working on it and we'll get it fixed as soon as we can.

I gave up and disabled the account. I re-registered, and that went fine, but I can't use the e-mail I did the first time. I get a message saying that it was disabled by an administrator.

My question is, can you open that, or whatever, so my email address that is now blocked can be released and I can use it?

Thank you for your response Judith, First, the email you used for the first account creation cannot be used for another account. We can try to reactivate the first facebook account you created and we can check if you can use it. I believe I can help you with this issue.  I can walk you through all the steps to solve your problem or we offer Remote Support Upgrade option for $20 where I will perform all the steps for you. I would like to have the first account reactivated. After that, can I delete the other one that I have?

My acounts are under the name Judith Noble (my maiden name).
