I am having problems trying to connect to the internet on my iPad. I thought I had accesss to AT&T, they told me that I was with Verizon, they said I was not. I am lost and do not know where to go next.How can you help. Issue identified : Unable to connect to the internet


Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Checked his iPad if it is connected to his Wi-Fi (Settings > Wi-Fi) / iPad is connected to his Wi-Fi but he cant access the internet / Assisted the customer to reboot the iPad by pressing and holding the Home and Power button / Checked if he can connect / Customer can now browse the internet / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
