Can not recieve or send calls from my cordless Uniden phone . my phone number is ***-***-**** . I am using a Dect 6.0, Under battery shows D1680-4 267e0512, IC 513C-UN175 RIN0.0, BS 40178627. Batteries are good/all connections good. Was working find yesterday. I need to resolve problem today.

Byron: Did connect the base for subject phone into my office set-up and it did work there.

Dear Mr King , It was a pleasure helping you with your tech issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution. 

Issue identified : can't make and receive calls |no dial tone

Details: Call customer| customer has 2 tel lines | pesonal line is not getting any dial tone|  have the the customer test the line by swapping phones fom the business line| business phone did not work to the tel line|no dial tone | test home phone to the business line| home phone working| advise to report the problem to telco to check and repair the 2nd line.
